‘Avatar’ Star Zoe Saldana Buys Magnificent Montecito Mansion for $17.5M

No doubt about it: 2023 was a blockbuster year for Zoe Saldana. As if nabbing a spot on the Time 100 list of the most influential people in the world and reprising her role in Marvel’s “Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3” weren’t enough, the A-list actress also made a great deal on some seriously gorgeous real estate.
Saldana was recently revealed as the buyer of a historic, Spanish Colonial-style estate in Montecito, CA, the celebrity-laden enclave in Santa Barbara County.
Even better, the “Avatar” star was able to trim $1.4 million from the home’s original asking price of $18.9 million. Property records show that the deal closed in February 2023 for $17.5 million.
